• International Shipping: We currently offer shipping to select international locations. Rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and weight of the parcel.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

• Ready-to-Wear & Fabrics: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Bespoke & Tailored Items: Since these items are crafted specifically for you, please allow 7–14 business days for tailoring before dispatch.
• Standard Delivery (UAE): Once dispatched, local orders usually arrive within 24–48 hours.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our premium courier partner, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address in Abu Dhabi or elsewhere is complete and accurate. Alwathiq cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect contact details or addresses.
